Just a quick blurb today. Many of you noticed that I have added a video games section (my third love along with film and television). I came across an article today which I could not have agreed with more. Read it for yourself by clicking on this link. Or for those of you less technologically inclined, simply click on the link below. Let me know what you think.
When mentioning your “loves”, you left out your family and students… hmmmm… very interesting.

A good list, picked many I would as well, but missing some classics. I’d add Starcraft, Dragon Warrior, Myst, Mechwarrior, Centipede, Pacman, Secret of Mana, Civ2 (he had a Civ, but the wrong one), Super Mario World, Legend of Zelda: A link to the past, Final Fantasy 1 or 2 (again, he had the wrong one), Doom, Castlevania, maybe a Gabriel Knight, Mariokart… ok…I can see how 15 would be a hard number to stick to.
Let’s just go with Circus and call it a day.

Of all that you mentioned, I would agree with Myst, because it was a game with very little action that simply relied on visuals and puzzles. And of course Civ 2, because it was the lauching point for the other Civ games. But Circus trumps them all.

Dark Souls, Battlefront 2, Age of Mythology. The only games that matter.

Wait a minute, Age of Mythology was using the same engine as Age of Empires 2, so I’m not sure if you can count that.
