Looks like Mortal Kombat is back! Interesting trailer, although I’m not sure how much you can tell about the game based on this clip. If the game is anything like the clip shows, it could be pretty amazing. Decide for yourself and view it below.

The most iconic space traveling ship in history looks to be making a return to the big screen. Of course, all fans knew it had to be since Han Solo is making his return to the big screen, but its nice to see that it will not be completely CGI. In fact, judging from the pictures below, they are making an attempt to seriously cut down on CGI, which is great news for all of us purist fans. These photos were posted by TMZ earlier today, and damn does the old girl look good (not to mention that you can see an early stage X-Wing as well). Some months ago, a Hercules movie (starring Kellen Lutz) came out. I never bothered seeing it because judging from the trailers, they did not seem to capture the character correctly. Now comes the full trailer for the Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) Hercules movie. To me, it seems as if they’ve captured both the mythological aspects and character aspects of the character correctly, but time will only tell. I am going to guess that when this film comes out it will receive 77% on Rotten Tomatoes. You can view the trailer here or by simply clicking below.
Every once and awhile, I get a feeling from a movie trailer that lets me know that I am definitely going to enjoy it. I got that feeling when I saw the trailer for The Dark Knight, The Avengers, and Kick-Ass, and I loved them all. And yes, I realize that they are comic book inspired movies. Well, it seems that I have found another comic book inspired film that has once again instilled me with that feeling. The teaser for Big Hero 6 emerged a couple of days ago. It intrigues me because one, this is the first production of a Marvel product made by Disney. It also intrigues me because the comic book on which this is based has a somewhat serious tone. I’m curious to see how Disney addresses this. Either way, I cannot wait to see this film.
Over on the greatest movie website known to man Dark Horizons, there has been a new logo and title posted for the much anticipated Batman vs Superman movie. Apparently the movie will be going with the title Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. I’m not sure about the “v” in the title, but the rest of it makes sense considering this is supposed to be the lead-in for the upcoming Justice League film. They have also launched the site (more specifically an early look at the site) you can click here to see it. Time will only tell if this film is going to be as amazing as it already is in my mind. Here is the aforementioned logo:
