Warner Brothers has released the Comic-Con footage of their upcoming pic Mad Max: Fury Road. The film stars Tom Hardy as the titular Max Rockatansky. The trailer essentially is a series of chase scenes showcasing the post-apocalyptic world the filmmakers have created. It seems as if they have done a very good job of recreating the feel of the original. We will have to wait to see how the finished product comes out.

Looks like it has WAY more potential than I was expecting. I read that he didn’t even write a script, just storyboarded the entire film from the get go.
The originals were fun, but I always has one thought I couldn’t get rid of when I watched them, even as a kid. In a world where fuel is precious, and worth fighting over, why do these guys drive all over the desert and blow their enemies up in huge fireballs?
