The video game gained such popularity that Sony pictures decided to make it a full length feature film. From what I have read of the plot, the film will deal with 80’s arcade video game champions being called upon to protect the earth from alien invaders who mistook our classic video games as a declaration of war. Adam Sandler, Peter Dinklage, Michelle Monaghan, Josh Gad, Brian Cox and Kevin James are all expected to star. Sony has released the first promo posters for the film which you can view below. Enjoy!
