Snape’s story in chronological order

Some kind soul went back and re-edited all of Severus Snape’s vital scenes and put them in chronological order. It paints a picture of a very pained man who sacrificed everything for Lily Potter and then later on for her son. It is definitely worth the 15 or so minutes to check it out. Enjoy!

Spider-Man enters the MCU

Sony and Marvel have finally reached an agreement that will allow Spider-man to enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This is great news for everyone who was wondering how they were going to attempt the Marvel Civil War without Spidey participating.

In other related news Sony has also gone on to announce that Andrew Garfield will no longer be playing the role of Spider-man. This means that they will have to recast the role. One would hope that they do not attempt another origin story, which by this point would be cliché and useless.

This begs the question: what then happens to the Sinister Six movie that was supposed to come out in 2016. Well, apparently that film has been put on hold. We’ll just have to wait to find out what happens. In the meantime, Marvel has now had to alter it’s release schedule to accommodate this change; here is their new upcoming release schedule.

May 1st 2015: Avengers: Age of Ultron

July 17th 2015: Ant-Man

May 6th 2016: Captain America: Civil War

November 4th 2016: Doctor Strange

May 5th 2017: Guardians of the Galaxy 2

July 28th 2017: Untitled Spider-Man Reboot

November 3rd 2017: Thor: Ragnarok

May 4th 2018: Avengers: Infinity War Part 1

July 6th 2018: Black Panther

November 2nd 2018: Captain Marvel

May 3rd 2019: Avengers: Infinity War Part 2

July 12th 2019: Inhumans

Spaceballs 2?

It seems that Mel Brooks is anxious to make a sequel to his classic film Spaceballs. In a recent interview Brooks stated that he would love to make a sequel, but would not do it if Rick Moranis was not involved. This could be a problem considering Moranis retired from acting some years ago. You can read the entire article here.

Saved by the Bell 25 years later

So yes, I know by this point that pretty much everyone has seen this, but this clip sparked in me such a nostalgic feeling that I had to comment. This clip brought me back. It brought me back to a time when the biggest problem that I had to worry about was Zack and Kelly’s breakup. Sure these teens’ ideal lives did not represent reality, but so what? They were squeaky clean American teens that were enjoying their lives. The biggest problem that they ever faced was Jesse’s addiction to “energy pills”.

That being said, the job that the crew did with the make-up and the wigs made the cast look very much like they did when the show was running. Unfortunately, due to insanity and incarceration, neither Lisa nor Screech (Dustin Diamond and Lark Voorhees) were included in the sketch. Kudos to Jimmy Fallon for bringing this together!

Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2

I cannot believe I am actually typing this, but after watching the trailer of this film, I am actually looking forward to seeing it. Keep in mind I thought that the first one was pretty bad. There is just something about seeing Kevin James run into a glass door that just makes me smile. Well, you can see for yourself below:
