So… this is now a thing apparently.  Whether we needed it or not, the Sonic the Hedgehog film is coming.  It seems as though Sonic may be an alien sent to somehow save our planet from the evil Doctor Robotnik (played here by Jim Carrey).  How this movie will fair remains to be seen, but hopefully the second trailer will be stronger.  View the trailer for yourself below:
